Cauliflower Sauce - Just made this. I used coconut milk instead. Boiled a head of cauliflower, blended with some cooking water and coconut milk. Seasoned with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper and nutritional yeast. HOLY YUMMY!! Tasted like an alfredo sauce.
